INDIANAPOLIS — STATE SENATOR KAREN TALLIAN’S (D-PORTAGE) ALTERNATIVE PROPOSAL TO EXPAND MEDICAID HEALTH CARE COVERAGE TO AS MANY AS 400,000 HOOSIERS WAS BLOCKED ON A PARTY LINE VOTE MONDAY.
