The Indiana Black Legislative Caucus (IBLC) is gearing up to begin its annual series of town hall meetings for the third consecutive year.

The IBLC town hall series provides a platform for constituents to speak directly with their legislators. Topics will range from a recap of the 2018 legislative session to plans going forward for the 2019 session. The town halls are free and open to all. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions and offer ideas for 2019.

Also taking part in the town halls alongside the IBLC will be the Indiana Minority Health Coalition, Indiana Black Expo, Inc. and the Indiana State Conference of the NAACP. The following Indiana Senate Democratic Caucus members are members of the IBLC: Assistant Minority Leader Jean Breaux (D-Indianapolis), Senator Lonnie Randolph (D-East Chicago), Senator Greg Taylor (D-Indianapolis) and Senator Eddie Melton (D-Gary).
